An order that straddles a step pays each animal at its own step's price, in BNB at the live on-chain BNB/USD rate.

Minting buys animals β€” not HONEY. No HONEY is handed out at mint. Every HONEY is earned: each bee produces 2,000 a day from the moment it is born, and bears collect from the yard. The only HONEY created up front is the pool seed, minted when the pool opens at sale #3,333.

Pens left for your .ai β€” / 10 per Agent ID

Pens belong to your Agent ID, not to this page. Selling an animal away never gives a pen back β€” a pen reopens only when a newborn is snatched out of it, or a bee is caught on a run sent from the wallet that minted it.

This page never touches your wallet. Copy the order, hand it to your Binance Agentic Wallet agent β€” it shows you the exact call and waits for your say-so before anything moves.

Bees earn 2,000 HONEY a day

From the moment a bee is born, sitting in your own wallet β€” no staking pen to lock it into. Uncollected HONEY stays with the bee: whoever buys the bee buys the pile too.

Bringing it home pays 80%

Getting the pile home means a forage run. Survivors hand you 80% of what they had accrued; the bears take a 20% toll.

Getting caught pays the bears β€” everything

Each bee on a run has a 1-in-5 chance of being caught: it is gone for good, and its whole pile goes to the bears. Read R1 before your first run. Sending zero bees is a legal run β€” it just collects what your bears are owed.

A forage run settles in about ten seconds, drawn from a block that has not been mined yet when you send it.

02 The trading post

Pending deployment

Trading post β€” second-hand animals

Nothing is listed yet.

A listed animal stays home with its seller and keeps earning until somebody pays the asking price in BNB. A bee sells together with every HONEY it has earned and not yet collected. A bear's pending dividends are settled to its seller at the sale β€” the buyer starts clean, and the bear's lifetime earnings travel with it as its track record. The trading post keeps 2.5% for the treasury, and pulling the market's approval clears all of your listings in one go.

Bid board β€” offers for bears

No open bids yet.

Pick the bear tier you are hunting, name your price in BNB, and the bid contract holds your money in escrow. Any owner of that tier can sell to you on the spot β€” and until one does, you can cancel and take every wei back. Bids run from 10 minutes to 30 days; after expiry anyone can send your escrow back. A fill pays the seller minus the same 2.5% fee.

Anyone offering to trade you a BearHoney animal anywhere else is not using the official market.

HONEY left to be earned

β€” of 1,995,000,000 earnable

Of the 2,000,000,000 HONEY that can ever exist, this part can only be earned by bees β€” 2,000 a day each, reserved the moment it accrues. When the reserve is gone, earning stops; what is already earned stays collectable.

The team's share

0 HONEY

There isn't one. No team allocation, no project lock, no vesting schedule β€” the token contract has no project bucket at all. Every HONEY that can ever exist is earned by a bee or seeded into the pool. If anyone shows you a β€œteam wallet” for BearHoney, it is not ours.

04 Hive rules

Everything the dice can do, written down first

R1 Bees earn HONEY

A bee earns 2,000 HONEY a day from the moment it is born, in your own wallet β€” there is no staking pen. HONEY it has earned and not yet collected stays with the bee, so whoever buys the bee buys the pile too. Bringing it home takes a forage run: a 1-in-5 chance per bee of being caught β€” gone for good, whole pile to the bears. Survivors pay you 80% and the bears a 20% toll. Sending no bees at all is a legal run: it just collects what your bears are owed.

R2 Bears live off the bees

One birth in ten is a bear, and a bear's tier is fixed for life:

TierBearShare of bearsWeightEats
TIER 5Sun bear45%51.0Γ—
TIER 6Black bear30%61.2Γ—
TIER 7Brown bear20%71.4Γ—
TIER 8Polar bear5%81.6Γ—

The bears split three pots between them, pro-rata by tier weight: the piles of caught bees, the 20% toll on every load that makes it home, and the bears' cut of official-pool trade taxes β€” 1% of every buy and 1% of every sell. A Tier 8 eats 1.6 times what a Tier 5 eats, and a bear's share lands in one go, whole β€” it is never burned.

Bears also raid the cradle: once any bear is on the treeline, every newborn has a 1-in-10 chance of being snatched, bigger tiers more likely to be the one who pounces. The newborn goes to whoever owned that bear when the mint's block closed. The mint fee is still paid.

R3 How much HONEY there is

There will never be more than 2,000,000,000 HONEY. Of that, 1,995,000,000 can only ever be earned by bees. The remaining 5,000,000 is the pool seed: minted into the pool when it opens, sized by the accumulated reserve at the 0.0015 USD opening anchor and never more than that 5,000,000 cap. Zero belongs to the team or the project. Burned HONEY never comes back. If your wallet shows 0 HONEY, nothing is broken β€” your bees have not started earning yet: minting buys animals, and the token enters the world only through play, apart from the pool seed created inside the mint that sells #3,333.

R4 Nobody rigs the dice

Every birth and every forage run is drawn from the hash of a future block β€” a block that does not exist yet when you act. The moment your mint or run lands, the contract locks in a block 13 blocks ahead (about ten seconds); when that block is mined, its hash settles everything: bee or bear, which tier, whether a newborn is snatched, and which foraging bees come home. At the moment you pay, that block has not been written, so nobody can know the result β€” not you, not us, not a bot watching the chain. There is no outside randomness service: the draw is pure chain state, and anyone can recompute it afterwards. Settling is a separate step anyone may call once the seed block lands. If a batch somehow sits unsettled past the chain's memory for old block hashes (256 blocks, about three minutes), that hash reads as zero and settles nothing; anyone may then re-lock the batch to a fresh future block under the exact same rule β€” a result nobody has seen yet can be re-locked, a result that exists can never be re-rolled. The contracts have no owner; the only switch that ever existed is a one-time launch call that opens the sale and can never close it.

R5 Prices, pens and the pool

One price for every player β€” no discounts, no free animals. Gen 0 costs $2 up to #1,111, $3 to #3,333, $4 to #6,666 and $5 to #11,111, paid in BNB at the live on-chain BNB/USD rate; an order crossing a step pays each animal its own price. Each .ai Agent ID holds 10 Gen 0 pens and each wallet a net cap of 10; selling or gifting an animal does not free its pen.

20% of every payment goes to the treasury. The other 80% of the first 3,333 sales opens the HONEY pool inside the mint that sells #3,333 β€” BNB paired with HONEY at a 0.0015 USD anchor, LP tokens to the dead address. After that, the 80% buys HONEY back from the pool and burns it, a little at a time: never more than 1% of the pool's BNB per block, and never while HONEY trades more than 2% above its average of the last 30 to 60 minutes. If sales stall before #3,333, anyone may open the pool 14 days after the first mint once 1,000 have sold β€” or 60 days after the first mint, with any number sold.

Trading HONEY on the official pool is taxed; moving it wallet to wallet is free. A buy pays 2% β€” 1% to the bears, 1% to the treasury. A sell pays 3% β€” 1% burned, 1% to the bears, 1% to the treasury. Every leg is paid in HONEY, and the rates are constants baked into the token contract with no setters.

Gen 1: once Gen 0 is gone, 11,111 more animals, bought with HONEY that is burned in full β€” 4,000 each up to #1,111, then 6,000, 8,000 and 10,000. Same gate, same 10-per-wallet net cap, same dice.
